Fraud by xfinity retail store 4906 Duke Street Virginia

I’m trapped by fraud by xfinity mobile service package. Despite several attempts speaking with customer service and visiting the store no one has resolved the issue yet and I keep paying more each month because of a fraudulent xfinity salesperson named Brian and the misinformation he provided to me to purchase the package. I am already extremely disappointed and appalled by xfinity mobile service and the fraudulent sales office.

I am writing to formally address my serious concerns regarding the misleading information provided by a retail salesperson, Brian, at your location on 4609 Duke Street, Suite 19B, Alexandria, Virginia in February 2026. I purchased four lines a d traded in phones because it was confirmed to me by the sales person that one line out of the four would be free for one year. He gave me a ticket number related to the approval for one year free line. Additionally, I want to bring to your attention the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by the staff at the same store. I waited for hours and the managers hid themselves pretending they have a meeting going on.

I have a text message from Brian that includes the ticket number, which he used to claim that one free line was approved as part of the offer that prompted my purchase. I have contacted multiple times the customer services regarding this matter and several tickets have been created with no further action taken. Customer services says visit the store and when I visit the store they say call customer service. This has happened for the last several months.

I have raised my concerns in my survey in writing and during our phone conversations with xfinity representatives. Everything is recorded. Xfinity keeps charging me more than they should each month. They have not provided me either with one of the 2 gift cards of worth $200 each which they said I should receive within 90 days. I’m sharing my concerns regarding the fraudulent practices at the above mentioned Xfinity Retail Store. I expect that it would be addressed are fairly and adequately, otherwise; I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau.

I will follow up until there’s transparency, accountability and fair assessment of this issue.
