forums and no link to get to them from the main support web page any longer

Prior to a recent update of the support web page I can no longer get to a link to bring me to the forums. I know have to put in a search requests in order to get to the forum link. BTW I am not using a phone app I am using a laptop system. Why was the link to the forums removed. comcast continues to make it difficult for it's customers.
