forums and no link to get to them from the main support web page any longer

Prior to a recent update of the support web page I can no longer get to a link to bring me to the forums. I know have to put in a search requests in order to get to the forum link. BTW I am not using a phone app I am using a laptop system. Why was the link to the forums removed. comcast continues to make it difficult for it's customers.

Why not just bookmark the page? It's what I've done for years now.

@Again Yes, that is an option. but why have customers have to do something else when it was available as a link on the main website before. Keep the "processes simple for your customers". The other thing comcast did not put anything out about the change that I saw or got, as other accounts do before making changes. Just saying.
