Expired Xfinity Gift Card - Remaining Balance Request
Hi, I’m contacting you about my Xfinity promotional gift card. I did use part of the balance, but there was still money remaining when the card expired 4 days ago.
I wasn’t aware the expiration date was so close, and I’d really appreciate any help in recovering or reissuing the remaining balance. Please let me know if there is any way to restore access to those funds.

Good day user_f0fdtf and thanks for being an active member of our community with your post! When it comes to our prepaid promotional cards, they will always expire six-months from being first issued, and once used, any remaining balances left after that expiration date has passed would not be able to be recovered or redeemed on a separate card. Apologies for any inconvenience.
