damaged Comcast/Xfinity ground pedestal

The plastic housing is cracked/broken on my mothers property with an pedastal owned by xfinity and has been this way for several months. I have attempted to contact support multiple times without success. This pedestal is in the public right-of-way and poses a safety hazard with all of the cables exposed. 

 How do I get in contact with someone to replace it?
