Complimentary peacock activation

Hello 

I'm a diamond member and I had complimentary Peacock premium. I recently moved and my free peacock subscription is no longer activated. I tried activating it with my new address, but I get an error saying "my Xfinity account is already linked to another peacock account." I've only used the one username to login to peacock but it is no longer working. please help.
