Bury line order

I need an underground drop bury work order opened, not another technician.  Four technician have already come ..wasting my time and theirs. We need cable buried from across the street to our house before we can move forward.  A permit was requested and received by xfinity a week ago. Please check the drop cable work order queue and advise the work order number and status.
