$200 Xfinity Mobile prepaid Mastercard being declined

I received and activated my $200 Xfinity Mobile Virtual Prepaid Mastercard, and the card shows a $200 balance. However, my transaction is being declined at retail checkouts. It asks to input a pin number before it can complete the purchase. I need help getting the prepaid card working.
