Stephiedee Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the Xumo Stream box.
The most common troubleshooting solution is to restart the Xumo Box by removing, and reconnecting your power cord and HDMI cable to both the Xumo Stream Box and TV.
Restarting your modem can also fix issues or try connecting the Xumo Box with an Ethernet cable to check if the issue is with your WiFi connection.
