YouTube TV won't load

We set up our xFi 6a flex box tonight, but the YouTube TV app will not even open in order for us to attempt to log in. We restarted the flex box and TV, but nothing has helped. We also have had no problems with any other apps opening and streaming. What may be the issue?

I have had the same issue. i can select that app as its available on the home screen and just brings me back to the homescreen without entering the app. It does put a note at the bottom of the screen mentioning that you are entering a 3rd party application... but in reality you are not.

Hello @user_4b51e4! Thank you for contacting our team of experts here on our Xfinity Forums page. I hope you are doing well. I appreciate your patience and for letting us know the issues you are experiencing with the YouTube app on Flex. If I may ask, are you receiving an error message? Also, have you tried the YouTube app on another device to see if it will load?

@XfinityKrystal

there is no error message. Just returns to Home Screen. We use the same YouTube tv account/app on another smart tv in the house without any issues .

Hello @user_402fd8, I am sorry to hear that you're also having issues with the YouTube app on your end. I am not showing any reported known issues, and we definitely want to get this app working as intended on your end. To confirm, is this also happening on a Flex box on your end?
