Yesterday 12/2/2022, I got a text message about a movie rental. I didn’t do it,! How do I find out what happened and cancel the charge

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
