Yellow arrow on screen

Just setup new flex box and there’s a yellow arrow on screen in the upper left corner? What needs to be done to get rid of it ? Thanks

I experienced the same issue with my Flex Box. All I did was unplug the power adapter for just under two minutes, plugged it back in, allowed the unit to reboot, and that was it. The yellow pointer in the upper lefthand corner disappeared. Hope this works for you. Good luck!

Based on my research, most customers were able to resolve this yellow arrow on screen issue by performing a hard restart. Please unplug the device from power at the wall, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. Let me know if this works for you!
