Xumo remote

Thank you for sending in the picture, the feature is actually not one available with our Xfinity Xumo service. The remote wouldn't make a difference. You can fast forward on Xumo Play while watching on-demand movies and TV shows, but you can't pause, rewind, or DVR Xumo Play channels. This is because Xumo Play delivers video differently than traditional broadcast and cable channels.

If you press the center round button in the middle. That should pause what you are watching. Use the right or left buttons on the outside circle to forward or rewind.

Hi there, @user_x2s07e Thank you so much for your time today. Xumo Play is included with the Xfinity Xumo streaming box.. Since any Xfinity remote can be used to fast-forward or rewind, we do not have a specific remote that help further.-Richard

I want to fast forward on netflix and prime using xumpo remote. it only forwards 10 seconds at a time. is there a different remote that is better>?
