After hours of cleaning up the mess that one of the Xfinity associates made when she was supposed to transfer and instead cancelled my services, I had thought everything was fixed. Now I’ve been getting the same error on my flex box after I was assured everything was back to normal. This service has been more hassle than helpful at this point.

@user_83edff this definitely isn't the experience we want for our valued customers. It has been a couple of days, were you able to get this issue resolved? If not please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it
