XR16 for Flex

I've a Flex box for quite some time but I hardly use it because the arrow keys on the remote (XR15) feel very uncomfortable when pressed.  I just noticed that you have a new remote XR16 that seems to be better designed.  Would it be possible for me to get the new remote?

Hello @user_182f28 and thank you for posting to our Xfinity Support Forums. We're excited to have you as part of our community! Currently XR16 remotes are only available via shipment or with new Flex kits, they are not available for in-store pick-up. We can request a remote be mailed out to you, a $5.95 shipping fee would apply via UPS. This fee would be posted to the next months billing statement.

 

To have a remote shipped, you would simply Contact Us or you can send us a private peer-to-peer message here on the forums for further assistance.

 

To send a peer-to-peer chat:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link: https://comca.st/3ibj6RV
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
