Error message:
Yikes, that didn't work
Check your Internet connection and try again. If you're using WiFi, you can try switching to Ethernet, and check that all cables are tightly connected to your modem and cable outlet.

I have changed my WiFi password, and need to update it on the flex box, however this error screen automatically comes up after booting, without giving the option to click away. The only option presented is to press is "Try again". Clicking the button results in the screen going black for a few seconds before displaying the same message.

Hi, @user_e03693!1q! I'm sorry to hear about the Flex internet connection issue. I can imagine how frustrating it must be to not have access to the Flex entertainment due to the error message. Have you tried pressing the WPS button (two arrows icon) on the bottom of the Flex cable box to see if that works? Here is a helpful link with additional tips: https://comca.st/3tJLX4d.
