Xi6-T DHCP Setup with IP Remote Control Enabled - How?

This new box has a MAC address on the label.  But when I use that in my DHCP server the Xi6-T is not using the static IP Address I have setup in my router.  In fact the box seems to have multiple MAC addresses when I review the config menu (Exit for 5 seconds -> down arrow twice -> press 2).

Note I have already configured the Xi6-T to use IP remote control via the config menu remote key sequence. 

How can I configure a DHCP server so the remote control IP mac Address will be 10.0.0.173?

The printed MAC address ends in 97:29:71.  The Xi6-T seems to use MAC suffixes 70, 6F and 6E.
