xfinity pixelating tech visit follow up

Pixelation on both TV's.  Different brands, etc. Tech has visited and run a new line from the connection to the house and he said that the problem was "on the pole"  He said that he created a ticket and a truck would come. That was several weeks ago. I have called and followed up but no one can give me any idea of when the repair will happen or who I can reach out to.  Watching TV through cable is unbearable. I feel like I am paying for TV that I can't watch. How can I get help?

I'm in the same boat! I've had pixelation issues for over a year now and it's gotten much worse to the point that I don't watch any cable channels any more. I've had several Xfinity techs come out, including their so-called senior techs and each time, they replace all the cables, equipment, etc. They tried to blame it on my Tivo and I thought maybe they were right but I just set up their Xfinity DVR tonight and I'm still having all the issues. I live in a condo community so it the problem is bad cabling coming into the building, then I'm SOT since they won't replace it.

I'm curious if you find a solution!
