Xfinity not allowing the Customer to CUSTOMIZE

Is there a plan to allow the customer who is paying for Xfinity to customize their own box?  I can’t believe there is no way to remove or hide apps that you don’t use.  I have been reading other posters saying the same thing.  This just shows this company has no regard for the consumer and what they want.

While we don't currently have a way to customize the box, you can always find your favorite app with the voice remote.
