Xfinity Flex Keeps Shutting Off

We just hooked up our flex two-three days ago and now it randomly shuts off and goes to black screen every 10-45 mins. 

PLEASE HELP!

Still no solution. Still no fix here. Keeps on happening. I’m about done with this thing.

I know I'd be annoyed if my equipment shut off every 15 minutes so let's figure out what's going on. Does this happen when you're actively using it? You can check out some power preference settings here.
