Xfinity flex error code EnT22011

Hi.  I restarted the Flex by unplugging and then plugging back in and still received the error code.  Please advise

Hello, @user_f226e7. We are aware of an issue that is similar to what you are describing, but that issue has since been resolved. Are you still having issues with your equipment? If so, have you tried to unplug your Flexbox power and cable connection and reconnect them after 30 seconds? If that did not work, we will be more than happy to assist you here with troubleshooting your Flexbox remotely.

@XfinityRose​ I disconnect for 10 minutes. Restart the device. Still have same issues
