Xfinity Flex Buffering Issues
Why is there not a fix for the buffering issues that Xfinity Flex has? My flex is 20 feet from my gateway and it buffers every 5 minutes! Technician installed a new gateway and same issue! I have 1200mbps service

Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum so we can help with your internet buffering, @user_e5f7e7! I like to relax and catch up on my favorite shows at the end of the day so buffering is the last thing I want to deal with! Are you having issues with any other devices connected to your network or only the Flex box?
