I’ve seen countless promises from xfinity reps about passing the message along about adding crunchyroll but I still see nowhere anything concrete about when or even if it will actually be added at all.

Hey there @user_ogfam great to hear from you! Feedback about adding channels/streaming is always appreciated, however, how fast we can add content is based on a number of factors. As of right now, we do not have any additional information about when Crunchyroll will be added.
