Was charged for the flex when i did not ask for it

Was charged for the flex when I did not ask for it, I told the rep to not send it but they sent it anyway, I threw it out. I'll be asking for a refund and changing my internet service provider.

Hi there @user_e1e4b5. I am sorry to hear that you got charged for a FLEX box. You are in the right place and I am happy to guide you in the correct place to take care of your FLEX concerns. Now you can go to xfinity.com/returns and print out a return label for the FLEX box. Once you print it out you can go to the nearest UPS store near you and ship it back to us. Once our warehouse has scanned the FLEX box off your account, it will automatically issue a credit for the FLEX box.
