Upgraded to X1 Choice TV using Flex, never got prompt to update

On 11/20 I upgraded to X1 Choice TV on Flex, and even though the purchase went through and I got billed for it, I never got the prompt to update Flex (step 9 in this how-to: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/flex-upgrade) It is now 11/30 and I don't have the channels I paid for. I unplugged and replugged Flex and reconnected to my WiFi, and still no update. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.
