Hello @user_74c41c Thanks for reaching out to us for help with the universal remote and connecting to our Flex streaming box. I'm sorry to say that we are not able to support the universal remote, and we do not have a known code for pairing the device. If you check the remotes manufactures website it may be able to guide you to set up and pair the device with the Flex cable box, it should also advise you if it's compatible with the device as well.
