I can hear it playing but i can’t see it, it keep saying set up to connect and once I do the screen goes bck to set up again

To fix Xfinity Flex activation issues, power cycle the device by unplugging the power cord for 15 seconds, check all HDMI connections, and ensure your router is connected to the internet. If stuck on the welcome screen, restart both your modem and the Flex box.
