@mevill and @Jmcafee240833 I am sorry to hear you all are having issues with watching Puss and boots! That is a great movie just watched the second one a few days ago! Is this a rental or a purchased movie for you all? It may have been updated but as of now, I am not seeing it as one of the Free to me options. Also, how are you trying to access the movie are you saying the movie directly into the Voice remote or are you using the On Demand menu to locate it?
