The year without a santa clause wrong movie plays

Hi—I rented the year without a Santa clause which states it’s the 1974 animated version with Mikey Rooney. A different version that is live action plays when I try to watch the movie. I am very sure I purchased the correct one because of the production year cast and movie description. How do I get a refund if you have the wrong movie uploaded?
