In the middle of the movie, it gives me a black screen and sometimes it comes back and sometimes I have to change channels because it seems stuck on the black screen

user_y3zi30, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I understand how that can be frustrating, especially with not being able to watxch your entertainment in peace. Have you done the basic troubleshooting and unplugged your equipment?

Yes, I have done the unplugging and rebooting but it keeps happening again and again

I have the same issue.  It happens whenever a program goes to commercial.  if you flick the channel up or down then back to the original, it comes backi.
