subscriptions added but no access and can't cancel?
We recently noticed a huge increase in our bill and when we went to the details, noticed 4 new subscriptions added (CINEMAX, Showtime, STARZ, and HBO Max). However, in our subscriptions nothing shows and we cannot access these channels so would essentially be paying for nothing. The chat agent says nothing Is available and the 800 number keeps hanging up every time we are connected. Anyone else have this issue?
