Starz

I already have the starz app. My flexbox will not allow me to login on it. Instead it is trying to get me to subscribe through the flex box even though I am already paying for it straight through the starz app. Can anybody help me figure this put?

@user_bf7249 Unfortunately, the Starz app (Showtime and AMC+ also) on the Flex box do not allow for logging in with your credentials from an existing subscription. Unlike some other apps like Disney+, HBOmax. I ran into this as well, and it was a dealbreaker for using the Flex box. You'll need to use a Roku, Fire TV or other streaming media device.

I’m currently trying to sign into STARZ and there’s no existing account login. But I can login to Prime, Hulu, Disney+, HBOMax, Paramount and Netflix on flex. I just saved a ton by getting a Black Friday bundle on Black Friday that included STARZ so cancellation and re subscription is out. Also, a huge inconvenience IF it were a possibility. 
So, am I correct in saying that my FireTv, Sony TV, Samsung Tv and AppleTV are all signed into my streaming accounts but your flex can not?  If I’m correct can you tell me why you would make a decision to deter customers away from using an otherwise nice piece of hardware that has me paying extra for Xfinity and using Peacock?  Thanks, Dave

I love the Starz network and all the awesome movies and content that is provided, so I can completely understand your concern. If you are subscribed to Starz on your plan, then you should have access to the network's content via your X1 cable box or Flexbox. Only if you have purchased this subscription outside of Xfinity would you need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe through us.

I just paid $19.99 for 6 months of Starz 1 week ago. But to watch it on flex you would have me unsubscribe losing my 6-month subscription and resubscribe through flex forcing me to pay the full price minus the first month discount? That's absolutely ridiculous. I'm cancelling my internet & mobile service with you nazi's. I'll return to my Firestick and Roku which allow me to subscribe any way I choose and sign in on their device.

We can certainly understand not wanting to re-subscribe to Starz in order to have it added to your services to be able to utilize with Flex after having paid for the subscription through Starz directly. We'd hate to see you go as a result of this, however, we can assist with making any account changes to your internet plan and/or services for you as well if needed via direct message, using the steps outlined below:
