Solution to Peacock not loading

Came to this forum seeking solution as to why Peacock wont loan on the xfinity flex box. Found hundreds of like questions but no solutions from xfinity. . I didn't want the thing in the first place, and it doesn't really offer any more than I already get with my free Samsung TV plus.
