Shipping label for TV box return throwing error page
Hello,
I'm trying to return a TV box. I've arrived at the confirmation page "Your prepaid shipping label is ready" and when I click the link to "Print shipping label" I get an error page "Sorry this isn't working right now." I've tried the link about a dozen times with the same result--I'm using an up to date Chrome browser on a Windows 11 machine over... Comcast internet. I'm hoping to receive an email confirmation with the print label, but I've yet to receive anything. Please advise.

Hello, @user_45ec4r. I'm sorry to hear you keep getting an error page when attempting to print the shipping label. I appreciate you trying and letting us know about this via Forums. Don't worry about the shipping label, you're more than welcome to take the cable box to any UPS service center near you and they'll print one for you and return the device for free.
