Return Flex for Amazon Gift Card
I received an email from Xfinity in June encouraging me to return my Flex box for a $25 Amazon gift card. A screenshot of that email is attached (I deleted the portion of the email that included the serial number of my Flex box). I returned my box to the local Xfinity store and the associate there said I would receive the gift card via email. I got a confirmation email about the return of my Flex box on July 4, 2021, but I have not yet received the gift card.
When can I expect to receive it and is there anything I can do to expedite this process? Thank you.
