Return Device after Account Closed

Hi, I'm trying to return my Xfinity Flex device, but no devices show when I go to https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns to print a label. Can you specify an address I can send the device to?

Hello there! You've asked a great question! You can actually drop off your flexbox at any local Xfinity store of your choice or close to you, as well as any UPS location. Once returned, you will receive a receipt stating that your equipment will be removed off of your account. If you do have any further questions regarding your services or account, I'd be glad to help.
