Hey there @user_gspwsa! I can certainly help you with that! We have a few convenient ways for you to get a replacement remote. 

 

You can quickly order a new remote by visiting the Xfinity Assistant. Just type 'Replace remote' to initiate a shipment. Please note that while the remote itself is free, a standard shipping and handling fee of $5.95 usually applies.

 

If you'd like to avoid the shipping fee, you can pick up a new remote at no cost by visiting any Xfinity Retail Store.

 

If you'd prefer I handle the order for you, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to place your order.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
