Prime Video not connecting on Xfinity Flex
I am unable to watch prime video as the App keeps showing "Problem Occurred : Ensure your device is connected to the internet and then select Retry" . All other Apps e.g. Netflix, Youtube are working. I cannot figure out how can I reset the app, I tried restarting the tv and the setup box.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the Prime Video app. I see it has been a few days since you posted and I wanted to check first to see if you were able to get this app working properly again or if you are still in need of some support?
