Prime Video not connecting on Xfinity Flex

I am unable to watch prime video as the App keeps showing "Problem Occurred : Ensure your device is connected to the internet and then select Retry" . All other Apps e.g. Netflix, Youtube are working. I cannot figure out how can I reset the app, I tried restarting the tv and the setup box.

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the Prime Video app. I see it has been a few days since you posted and I wanted to check first to see if you were able to get this app working properly again or if you are still in need of some support?

@XfinityTambrey Unfortunately I am still facing the same issue. I am able to access Prime video on all other devices (PC, Mobile phone & Tablet). I switched from Roku TV and was able to play the Prime video there as well.

Let's get your account pulled up and see about getting this resolved. Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
