Peacock requires my password every time I launch it

I got my Flex setup ok no issue. Launched Peacock and entered my email. Got 2 emails from Peacock, one to verify email and other to set up password.

Now when I launch Peacock it asks for password EVERY TIME. That is very painful given the SLOW cursor interface on the Flex remote.  If this is normal, it won’t get used much.

Starting 7/20 AM, everything magically started working for me as well.

Starting yesterday (7/19), everything is fine. No logging in, have Peacock Premium and authenticated with my email address. Seems to be a several day lag between Flex activation and Peacock Premium authentication....as whodunnit32 noted a few days ago.

Me too! So it's not just me! Hopefully this gets resolved soon. It's terrible!

OK. I fixed mine. After I logged in for the last time to Peacock, I went to "settings" on my Flex box and did a "reset" and it corrected the problem with having to log in each time.

Just installed the flex box day before yesterday, same issue. Will give it a few days to see if it clears up, but if it continues, no point in having the box, already have a Roku that works for the other services.

Same issue. Literally just installed and then reinstalled or reset rather . I was an extra remote also which doesn't work with the volume or the power button. I've reset my internet and I've done everything I can. Did you ever fix your issue?

I was having the same issue, but figured it out. Sign into into peocock on  you pc. Click on the  profile icon (top left). Click 'Plans and Payments' and link xfinity tp  your peacock account. I logged oiut of Peacock on my TV and then tried to log in again and it no longer asked for my password.
