Peacock No Longer Premium

I recently moved addresses and since then have been encountering multiple issues relating to my internet and subscription with Xfinity that were not occurring at my previous address. One of which is that my Peacock Premium, included in my 1 gig internet subscription alongside Disney Plus, is no longer active, and my account has reverted to a standard profile. The only change to my account has been the address, nothing else such as the billing has changed. At the same time, Disney Plus has not had any issues even though they are a part of the same bundle deal.

Xfinity lists my peacock subscription as "awaiting activation" but when I try to go through the steps of reactivating my subscription, I am told that the Premium subscription is active on a different account and am left without any way to fix or change this.

Hi there, @FRAENIR! I am glad you are taking advantage of the apps! We are happy to further assist you with watching Peacock. I understand you are seeing the error that the subscription is active on a different account. I see this happen when the wrong email address is being used vs. when Peacock was first activated with Xfinity. That could be as far back as when it first came out.

Most often, this is linked to the Comcast.net email address associated with the account. The subscription shows activated so you should just be able to login at Peacock. Have you tried to login to our StreamStore https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, or Peacock using that email address or any other email addresses you may have used before?

@XfinityRay When I follow the link to the StreamStore, it lists that both of my two subscriptions are awaiting activation. My Disney+ is still working without issue but when I attempt to activate the Peacock following the link, I am told my subscription is active on a different account.

I have not used any other email addresses for Xfinity or Peacock so there is only one email address that would be the one, yet I am being told a different account is linked to my Peacock Premium.

If you have recently moved, and you had a Peacock subscription at your previous location, since the locations have different account numbers, the system will sometimes notice the subscription tied to your previous account @FRAENIR

Have you spoken with Peacock directly to unlink your account from the previous location?
