Peacock and HBO/HBO Max not working

Peacock only shows logo and isn't coming on. The HBO channels work, but HBO on demand asks me to log in. After I log in it says I'm all set, but the TV doesn't move from the code. I did reboot the tv.

Thank you for letting us know! Have you tried troubleshooting on the Xfinity app, in addition to rebooting the TV? If not, please try and let us know if that did the trick!

@XfinityGina​ Peacock is now working on its own. HBO/HBO Max- all the channels work fine. And some movies start On Demand right away. Others request I sign in. I'm given a code which I use. Then it tells me I'm all set. The screen on the TV never goes away and I then get a message on my computer to verify my e-mail. I click on that to receive a code through e-mail, but I never get it. (I did check spam). I'll try the app.

Thank you for letting us know, @user_0df549! I'm glad to hear that Peacock is working as normal now. To clarify, you're using an X1 TV Box and not the Xfinity Stream app on a smart TV, correct? If so, then I agree that using My Account (online or with the app) to troubleshoot the TV Box is a great next step! Let us know how it goes.
