Paramount Plus

I was subscribed to Paramount plus essential yesterday I upgraded to Paramount plus Showtime. That change is reflected in my apps and subscription . I also received an email confirmation. 

When I try to access Showtime on Paramount Plus it tells me I need to upgrade on my flexbox.

The Paramount plus information and my flexbox information do not match.

@user_05ad64 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. If you use Paramount Plus on something other than your Flex Box, is Showtime working properly?

Since it was signed up through Xfinity using the app on my Smart TV is the same as using the app on flex since they since the account was signed up for through Xfinity.

Showtime is now part of Paramount plus it does not have a standalone app
