Not connecting

When I turn my tv and flex on all I see is an option to select account, settings, and help. Then when I click on anything it says “that didn’t go as planned” ent- 22013. I’ve tried restarting and nothing

This has been a larger known issue that we're working to fix, but I'd like to see if we can run some targeted troulbeshooting to see if we can get it resolved for you.
