Not Complaining But Don't Understand the Flex Deal
Diamond Member and been with Xfinity since 1986. Have Internet and TV package and 3 cell lines with Xfinity Mobile.
I went into the Xfinity store close to house to pick up a FREE Flex Box to give it a try. I was told I didn't qualify for the Free Box because only Xfinity Internet only customers get a free Flex Box.
So people with Internet only get a Free Flex Box but people with Internet, TV Services, and 3 lines on Xfinity Mobile are charged for the Flex Box.
I guess Xfinity makes money on people that stream other services through the box but why isn't the first box free to all Xfinity customers. I know its only a few dollars but I guess $300 plus a month doesn't go very far these days.

@Terry0327 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience. It seems some information was left out. Xfinity Flex is an option for customers to stream instead of live TV. You can not have both, which is why you do not qualify. Here is more information to help you understand: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-flex-faqs.

Does this mean we can’t get Peacock unless we pay for it. Thanks
