No Apple TV Login

I just moved from a regular subscriber account to flex. When go to log into Apple TV+ I see the Apple symbol for about 20 seconds and then all I get is a black screen. There is no option to login.  It worked when I subscribed to TV but now I cannot login. Any ideas?

Hi there, @user_a08693, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I am sad to hear you are experiencing issues logging into the Apple TV app on your Flex box. Have you gone through any troubleshooting on your own? Restarting or resetting the box?

I have set the internet the boxes called into customer service and they have resent the signal (whatever that means) and still no Apple TV. Today I have a technician here and he was not able to solve the issue. Now they are sending me three different boxes, cause some how I received three of them that work just fine except for the Apple TV app.
