New Flex TV Service and 2 Weeks later my TV is fried.

How can I get help from Comcast Xfinity to fix my 45" smart tv?

This tv is very important to me (sentimental value - it belonged to my late fiance's and he left it to me). About the same time that I received the tv, I changed my internet service to bundle with mobile and acquired Xfinity Flex (which I've never figured out how to use). Two weeks after setting up the tv with the new box, the tv sounds like it is turning on - it flashes for a second, but then it's dead - no picture, no sound. I had it connected to the Flex TV box, but it's a smart tv so I shouldn't have to hook it to anything for it to work off of wi-fi. My other tv is operating off of wi-fi and is just plugged into the wall for power still works; thank goodness I moved that tv to the other room when I received the larger tv or that one may have fried first.  I read that someone else said it damaged their input board on their tv. Can and will Comcast Xfinity help with this repair?

Within 2 weeks of my tv dying I was told by two other people, including my mom, that they either switched to Xfinity or changed their service within Xfinity and their tvs both quit working within a week of doing that. This can't be a coincidence.

@user_7065e9 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that something happened to cause this TV to stop working. I would be pretty frustrated as well if our TV went out shortly after getting it. We can help by creating a claim to have our dedicated team investigate this further for you. To get started, would you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

@XfinityThomasD Thank you. How do I do that? Where can I go to send my info to get this started?
