Never ordered a flex box
I've had issues with my internet and every time I ask xfinity for help they're always shoveling this item. I continuously tell them no I don't want it. Guess what showed up to my house, you guessed it a xfinity flex box. I asked to return it and they said I have to take it to an xfinity store, it's an hour n half away from my location. They said try doing it by going to the return section. I tried and the item isn't there to return. I'm not A) Traveling for an hour for your predatory business practice. B) not paying for a device I've repeatedly told them I do not want. I don't stream I work and play playstation/xbox at night. I don't need this device.
