Never ordered a flex box

I've had issues with my internet and every time I ask xfinity for help they're always shoveling this item. I continuously tell them no I don't want it. Guess what showed up to my house, you guessed it a xfinity flex box. I asked to return it and they said I have to take it to an xfinity store, it's an hour n half away from my location. They said try doing it by going to the return section. I tried and the item isn't there to return. I'm not A) Traveling for an hour for your predatory business practice. B) not paying for a device I've repeatedly told them I do not want. I don't stream I work and play playstation/xbox at night. I don't need this device.

I have a bad feeling that I'm going to be sent one of these stupid things. I just chatted online with a rep because I wanted to verify that I had a courtesy month for my internet overage. The guy must have been drunk because this is what he wrote, verbatim:

As I can see in account, please be assured, it will not ay charged however I will give you unlimited
data free for a month also free flex , it will not any charged for that, also your data is not over and
charged

To which I replied:

No, I don't want a flex. Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged.

I will not be happy if a Flex shows up at my door. The nearest return place is not close.

@Drakub​ yea I told them REPEATEDLY that I don't want it. They said it was a courtesy and they would give it to me for free for life because of my issues. I told them No, I don't want anything. They still sent it. I tried asking for a return label and they said I had to do it from my account and it won't allow me. They said to take it to the nearest xfinity store and it's an hour n half away.

Hello @user_7e21e3, and thank you for reaching out about your new Flex device you didn't want. You are free to return it to a UPS store as well where they will box and ship it for you at no cost. I'm not sure why you aren't able to print off a return label using the app, but I would be happy to see if I can correct that for you to have UPS come pick it up. As for section B of your concerns, I'm not sure what you are referring to here as the Flex device has no monthly cost with it at any time. If you were charged something I can remove it, but there truly is no cost for our Flex service at any time.

Can you help me return my flex too?  It's not allowing me to return online. Doesn't show up as an item to return that I am leasing / renting.

user_bb5c7a. We offer the ability to return free of charge at an Xfinity Store location or UPS store location. A return label is not needed for either option, as UPS will print and box up the equipment free of charge for you. If you're needing to schedule home pick up from UPS, we can look into getting a return label for you. Please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name. @XfinityStephanieK​ I would also like a return. I never remember even receiving a flex box however on mny account it has been there for a very long time
