Never got my flex reciever, ups says delivered!
I ordered flex last Nov and never got my device. I tracked it and ups says it was delivered but it wasnt outside and i checked with neighbors. Can I get another one sent without being charged a fee since I didnt ever get the first one? It must've gotten lost or stolen from my porch. Idk. Should i contact ups?

Call to see if it's been activated. I just received mine today and the device requires you to enter in the last 4 digits of the account holders phone number to activate the device. Also included in the box is your account number and your entire phone number. Maybe they can tell you if it's being used. I've tried to escalate this huge security issue.
