Need to Reverse to my original cable package

I thought I was only removing max and mgm+ package but it took away 150 hours of dvd space as well as multi recording of shows. How can I do this?  I’ve tried very hard to speak to someone but that’s impossible and I just don’t know what to do except cancel altogether and start over OR go with Fios?  PLEASE HELP!!!!
