My XIone s b does not turn on

My XIone s b flex streaming box does not turn on.  I have looked through your community stuff It says how to restart to factory conditions but it's telling me to push the WPS on the back of the flex box which there are no buttons on the flex box.  Please show me a picture of the remote control that tells me how to reset to factory conditions My flex box.  I have not had it working in 3 years just because I didn't want to use it but today I wanted to plug it in and I can't even get the damn thing to work.  Maybe this is why I never used it because it won't turn on.
